REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase , we will accept returns within 30 days, items must meet return criteria .
All returns must be undamaged and in original factory packaging. All parts and packaging, including manuals and batteries, must be returned. Manufacturer's product packaging must be in original condition with no marking or stickers applied. Disposable components such as electrode pads and batteries must be unopened. Disposable components that have been opened/used cannot be returned for refund. A 25% restock fee may be applied.
Conditions to the 30-day policy are listed below:

All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges unless the item is confirmed defective.

All defective items must be confirmed defective by the manufacturer.

Special Order items are non-returnable. This includes items with special color, size, or alteration. We are not responsible for special order color variations.

All refused shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Shipping :
We recommend shipping return merchandise via FedEx or UPS as you can easily track and get delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return shipment or the full value of the return and with “Signature Required” for proof of delivery. ABY Health Services, is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or shipping expenses you may incur for your return.
